Patient Advocacy Framework

The patient advocacy framework project aims to ensure that there is an underpinning procedure to support Qatar’s aim of developing a world class and responsive healthcare system.This project recognizes that on occasions the healthcare system will not reach the expected standards of healthcare delivery and is working to ensure appropriate procedures are in place to capture such situations and to address patient concerns in a supportive environment.

As the National Health Strategy Program 2011-2016 draws to a close, project information is currently being updated and will be available in the coming weeks.
