Qatar Statistics Authority

In June 2007, the Statistics Authority (SA) was created as a new independent agency, replacing the Planning Councils Statistics Department. The QSA is the official national statistical agency.

The Qatar 2010 Population and Housing Census is the largest and most comprehensive statistical field operation and provides detailed data and information on the economic, social and demographic characteristics of the population, and more.
